Your dedicated consultant will be available to support and advise throughout the year. Alongside your scheduled workshops, you will be able to email and message your consultant to ask questions, arrange a call, video conference or face to face meeting. Five Workshops
Five workshops provide the structure to the development of your people strategy. The outcomes are linked to your input into these workshops, and we don't restrict who can attend from your business. At least two of the five workshops will be face-to-face. The remainder can be face-to-face or online, depending on your preference, logistics and the number of people involved.
