Five WorkshopsWorkshops are at the heart of our Strategic HR service - providing a combination of face-to-face and virtual workshops for your entire team. Workshops follow a common order, but the approach and structure can be tailored to meet your needs. Individual workshops can be structured to include some or all of your leadership, HR and/or operational leads - depending on what your business needs. They can be face-to-face or virtual.
The workshops are: Workshop 1: Introductions, Explanation of Concepts and Knowledge Gathering. Following Workshop 1, GPC Strategic HR will produce a concise report setting out areas of interest and opportunities to develop strategic approaches. This forms the basis of Workshop 2. Workshop 2: Strategy - Setting out and agreeing the strategic approach, areas of focus and the actions, owners and timelines. Workshop 3: Review & Support - An opportunity to check on actions, progress and outcomes, and to discuss the next phase. Workshop 4: Review, Data analysis & New Challenges. - A further review of progress, and a chance to update key personnel on new areas of focus, as required. Workshop 5: Final review, future growth and next steps. - This is an opportunity to review progress, conduct an impact evaluation, and determine the next steps for the business. |

One Year of SupportGPC Skills is unlike any other outsourced HR service, or consulting service - it is the best of both worlds. Access to your own virtual HRD but for the price of a few days of consultancy. Your consultant will run your workshops, prepare and present your reports and will be on hand for you and your team to ask questions, check understanding and to support in the development of strategic approaches, tactical actions and operational implementation.
At any time, you or your team will be able to connect with your consultant via SMS, email, Zoom, MS Teams, BlueJeans, Skype or phone to ask a question. They will respond swiftly and, if the query requires a conversation, they will schedule a video chat or meeting to take the conversation forward. They will be there for you at each of the workshops and available for 1 year from the day you sign up. If you need additional support to develop policies, to write procedures, HR handbooks, contracts etc., we can discuss rates for additional operational support. |
